CRATE-FREE DOG DAYCARE & BOARDING
Now Offering Fecal Testing 💩
We’re excited to offer fecal testing for your pup’s health and safety! In partnership with Antech, the same trusted laboratory used by veterinarians, we provide fecal testing for just $70—a cost-effective option compared to most vet clinics. Fecal tests are essential for detecting intestinal parasites, which can be contagious among dogs. Keeping your pup protected helps keep all our furry friends safe! Drop off a sample or we can collect one during your pup’s daycare visit. Results are available the following business morning for quick peace of mind. Have questions? Let us know! We’re happy to help. 🐾

We are proud to be a crate-free environment for both daycare and boarding at Barksville. This approach fosters a sense of freedom and socialization for our furry guests, allowing them to roam and interact freely throughout their play groups. However, we understand that every dog is unique, and there are situations where crates can provide a sense of security or meet specific needs. For this reason, we maintain a limited number of crates for instances such as managing aggression, facilitating feeding times, or accommodating dogs who prefer the comfort of their own space for sleeping. It's important to note that our dedicated staff members are present with all pups, including those boarding, at all times. Dogs are never left unsupervised, ensuring their well-being and providing peace of mind to their owners.
Our state-of-the-art 7,600 square foot facility offers a safe and engaging environment with indoor & outdoor play areas. Whether it's a day of play or an extended stay, you can trust us to provide a loving, clean and secure home away from home for your beloved pets.

The Charlie Project's Mission is to provide loving homes where dogs are treated like family and have a warm place to lay their head at night with responsible pet parents. Their focus is to educate the community on spay/ neuter practices to prevent unwanted litters. They encourage owners to utilize trainers & other resources to properly train and socialize their dogs, resulting in less shelter dogs. A large majority of their dogs are puppies. They insist, actually it's the law, that any adopted dog be altered! They also take in shelter dogs and owner relinquishments. One by one, if they all get altered, hopefully there will no longer be the need for shelters and rescues.
